How You Can Get A Professional Wardrobe -for Cheap

You know you’re supposed to dress for the job you want, not the job you have. But what if you’re a cheapskate and don’t want to shell out for a job you aren’t sure if you will ever get? Here’s some tips to save money when getting your professional duds.
Thrift Store!!!! To some people, this one’s obvious. To others, they envision a row of 1970′s business suits with moth holes in them. The thrift is a great way to pick up a suit, tie, shoes, skirt, etc. at a great price. Because people of all income levels, styles and sizes donate to the thrift store, there’s always a great chance that you’ll find something that suits you.
And remember that a lot of people will donate their clothes as soon as they buy this season’s latest styles, which means there’s always fairly fresh duds in there at a fraction of the cost of Nordstrom Rack. More After The Jump

Mental Stability At An All Time Low Cost

The Human Brain

Cognitive Therapy is said to treat most mental illnesses quickly and cheaply. According to CNN Money, you can cure “anxiety, depression, low self-esteem – in three or four months for about $320.” That sounds like a good idea to me.

The article goes on to say that even those with severe, chronic diseases can have their symptoms reduced by treatment -which means if you take medication and cognitive therapy, you can feel pretty much normal. If you’re like me, with severe depression problems, it’s definitely something worth looking into.

The basic concept of cognitive therapy is to learn the tools to quickly and efficiently deal with your own mental illness without the use of a psychiatrist. Exercises include breathing, writing and other coping mechanisms to help you work through your issues as they arise.

If it saves me money while keeping my sanity, I’m all for it. Has anyone tried this method?
